Spring Has Sprung at Coeur d’Alene Casino
WORLEY, Idaho (March 28, 2022) — As the warmer weather starts to peek through, Coeur d’Alene Casino is gearing up with live entertainment including King of the Cage March 31, Voyage on April 21 and the opening of Circling Raven Golf Club on April 8. Next month also brings a new spa special, new gaming promotions and new cultural tourism workshops.

King of the Cage – March 31
King of the Cage is bringing MMA back to Coeur d’Alene Casino on March 31 at 7 p.m. The region’s best fighters will compete including Tylor SiJohn, Josh Richman, Cameron Robinett, Travis Wasileski, and Brandon Rivera. Tickets start at $50.
Voyage – The Ultimate Journey Tribute Band – April 21
Take a voyage back to the ‘80s with what fans are calling the No. 1 Journey tribute band. With a plethora of hits to cover the night will be full of songs like “Don’t Stop Believing,” “Any Way you Want It” and “Wheel in the Sky.” The show begins at 7 p.m. on April 21, tickets start at $30.
Purple Reign – The Prince Tribute Show – May 12
The number one Prince tribute show, Purple Reign, is bringing their talents to Coeur d’Alene Casino on May 12 at 7 p.m. The first tribute act to appear as a musical guest on the “Late Show with David Letterman,” Purple Reign seamlessly recreates the legendary performances of Prince. Tickets start at $25.

Nighthawk Lounge Live Music
Enjoy live entertainment in a chic, modern setting with a state-of-the-art sound system and a full bar. Live music is set for Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Chinook Crafted by Adam Hegsted Live Music
In 2020 Chinook reopened with a refreshed name and updated menu designed by local culinary legend Adam Hegsted. The new menu includes an updated cocktail program adding 10 craft cocktails that can be enjoyed while listening to live music at the Chinook Lounge Fridays and Saturdays from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Chinook Crafted by Adam Hegsted is now serving their new spring menu featuring a baked brie with a peach chutney and pan-seared tiger shrimp cakes on the appetizer menu. New entrees include a chicken piccata and a luxurious Wagyu steak. Chinook’s menu changes seasonally but don’t worry, the popular seafood alfredo hasn’t gone anywhere but has an updated look with larger scallops. April Stickgame Tournament – April 1-3
Witness exciting diversions, trickery and unique drumbeats at the Honoring Our Elders $39,000 Stickgame Tournament, April 1 through 3. This tribal tradition of betting and entertainment is free to watch. Tribal participants will have a chance at the $39,000 pot through the three-day tournament.
Blessings Under the Bridge – April 9
Blessings Under the Bridge will be holding “Get Loose, Footloose: A Time to Mourn, A Time to Dance,” at Coeur d’Alene Casino on April 9. The organization will be providing hot meals, a dining area, clothing, pet food, groceries, hygiene supplies and on-site health, job and mental health services., Live music will be provided by LifeFeet. Lifeways Workshop: Make Your Own Upcycled Plateau Basketry Basics – April 22
Bring new life to recycled plastic grocery bags in this 6-hour hands-on weaving workshop. In honor of Earth Day, transform bags into a traditional Columbia Plateau basket on April 22 from noon to 6 p.m. For countless generations the Coeur d’Alene Tribe has used a time-perfected technique of twining to create round baskets, also referred to as Sally Bags. The workshop is suitable for ages 15 and over. All supplies for the workshops are provided as well as refreshments, snacks, $10 Extra Play Cash and a meal voucher. Tickets are on sale now for $60.
Create & Paint with Sidney Black Eagle – April 23
Create a beautiful new piece of artwork alongside local artist Sidney Black Eagle. Enter the world of painting on Saturday, April 23 from 2 to 4 p.m. Black Eagle’s art is often inspired by nature, people, wildlife and emotions and shows movement using color. Learn new, techniques as well as how to mix and create colors and how they complement each other while allowing space to create a custom piece. The workshop is $60 and includes all materials and personal instruction.

Circling Raven Championship – Aug. 22‒28
The LPGA Tour recently announced a new title sponsor for this year’s “Road to the LPGA” tour with Epson signing a five-year deal. The 2022 Circling Raven Championship, which returns August 22‒28, 2022, is part of the Epson Tour, the LPGA’s official qualifying tour. Last year’s inaugural Circling Raven Championship presented by KXLY News 4 Now was the first in the three-year agreement with the LPGA. Competitors will battle for a share of the $200,000 purse which was one of the highest purses on the tour last year.
