Spa Ssakwa’q’n guests are required to be a minimum of 16 years of age. Guests under 16 years of age are welcomed in the nail salon with parent supervision.
We recommend scheduling appointments prior to arrival to better accommodate preferred times. A hotel reservation number or a credit card number may be required at the time of booking.

Treatments are reserved specially for you. Please notify us 24 hours in advance before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid being charged. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Gift cards may be purchased through our spa receptionist or through our online store. Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel gift cards may be used for spa services or products, at any of our restaurants or lounges, the Mountain Lodge Gift Shop, for hotel stays, or at Circling Raven Golf Club.
