Donations

Charity and fundraising donation requests can be submitted to our Coeur Connections committee for review. Donation requests must be received no less than 30 days prior to any event. Applications may be made by submitting the form online or by downloading the below pdf to mail or fax to us. Please allow for a minimum of a 14 day processing time prior to checking on the status of your request.
