Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel Hires New Managers
WORLEY, Idaho (Nov. 2, 2018) – Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel is proud to announce it has filled two managerial positions. Charles “Chuck” Spahn joins as food and beverage director and Beverly Rihn joins as operations controller.
“Chuck has an amazing resume with extensive experience in the tribal casino food industry,” said, Francis SiJohn, Coeur d’ Alene Casino Resort Hotel, CEO. “We expect great things to come.”
Spahn excelled as a chef in Arizona before returning to Minnesota to raise his two boys and open six restaurants in the Mall of America. He then partnered with a management firm, traveled and consulted with several casinos throughout the Midwest and southern part of the country.
Spahn spent the last 10 years with Snoqualmie Casino in western Washington as food and beverage director.
“I chose to pursue this position with Coeur d’Alene Casino because it’s a great property and I love this area,” said Spahn. “I firmly believe the better we take care of our team members, the better we take care of our guests, the better for the business.”
Beverly Rihn, CPA and certified fraud examiner, brings extensive experience in gaming, auditing and finance. Originally from Texas, she is excited to work for a business that shares her values with an open door policy.
“Not only am I impressed with the value system, I’m excited to work in this beautiful region,” said Rihn. “Its so nice to be around big trees and clean water.”
